Research and development tests
Performance of comparative tests or orientating tests with marginal scope of testing or on small test objects based on different Standards and Guidelines.
These tests can yield information on whether material developments/combinations provide the desired performance characteristics without having to perform complex testing on a large scale. Among other things this can serve the preselection of materials and constructions for large scale tests.
Comparative, development and supplementary tests are, as a rule, carried out on the 1 metre oven.
